As we approach the tail end of Level Two, we've witnessed a couple of late, but notable arrivals in the form of Marty Smyth and Nik Persaud, both of whom look a little worse for wears. Sensei Persaud, in particular, confessed, albeit after being interrogated on the microphone by Neil Channing, to a few jars the night prior, and a hangover that will take more than 'rolled up aces over kings' to fix.
"James [Akenhead] suggested a new slogan," reported Channing. "Play, learn and get pissed with the pros."

On a similar note - but sightly different reason - young Darren Cottrell also made a rather late appearance, his reasoning being, "I went to the wrong place, ended up in Edgware by mistake."
