Stoneham Irons Out Table

Nicholas Iron is busto and Adam Stoneham is your probable chip leader at the 100/200 blind level- with 50k in an impressive stack which he's been getting quietly, but getting relentlessly. Just recently I saw him absorb an extra 3k from David Corkett with a bet on the river on a board of 6s-3s-Jc-7c...As where the river Ace had brought what could be seen as possibly a poor card for Stoneham's Kd-Kc... Nevertheless, he bet it, was called, showed his hand, and was good for a c.10k pot!

Minutes later Nicholas Iron, with the same hand, flatted a Mike Ellis raise with his own Kc-Kh. Stoneham threebet, with what turned out to be 6c-9c, and while Ellis passed, Iron flat called this too. It all got in on a Qs-4c-2c flop, with Stoneham's flush draw hitting on the turn (and no further clubs ruining his party). "FFS," said Iron, getting up, but then patted Stoneham on the back and said, "Well played, mate," before taking his leave.

Also busto this level: Tony Harvey, James Barber, Paul Munday.
