Action, at least, is still given regularly. Just now a hand played out which looked once again like it may end up a decider, but although sadly anticlimactic at the end is worth blogging, I reckon:
Lots of limp-checking sees a lot of flops. This time one came 6c-5h-5d, with Gryko first to act. He checked, Otto bet 600 (yes, min) and Gryko made it 1,700. Otto called.
The turn brought the 2d. Both players checked this one.
The river: Qs Now Gryko counted out 4,200 and slowly pushed it over the line. This represented just over half his remaining chips. Otto thought about it for a while, counting his own stack etc. before coming to the decision not to look him up. Frankly, I wish he had as I'd have liked to see that one.
A few minutes later and a pretty big pot builds around a board of 2h-3h-Js-Kc-8h. Otto checks the river and Gryko bets 4,100. This time Otto calls instantly, only to be shown Ac-Kh. This doesn't delight Otto one bit, as he says something like, "The turn again," as another big-card pair-up mid-hand shoots Gryko into the sort of chip lead his opponent has had so far all evening...
