First Man Down

Yes, the stacked up Ketul Nathwani was the first to eliminate his opponent Sammy George (pictured above). Not dwindling below the 5,500 mark, George actually got it in preflop with no less than K-K, and Nathwani made the call with his Ac Jc in a bid to end it right there.

"No clubs," says George, just as the flop brings the Ah. There was absolutely no potential straight/flush drama to add to the now necessary King outs, and the board bricked out, taking Sammy George with it.

Nathwani sidles over to where Neil Channing is now playing Tom Bentham and sums it up, "I run good." The blinds on that table are 25/50. Everyone else is playing 75/150.
