It's Not Over, Not Over, Not Over, Not Over Yet
This last Heads Up match is definitely the most hard fought of any during both days of play. A determined Marcus Otto might give up a couple of pots (like just now when he button raised to 800 only to pass when Gryko promptly made it 2,125 in the bb) but he's not prepared to let himself be whittled down. Richard Gryko limped on the button (as has happened quite a few times) just now, and Otto checked. The 8-2-4 rainbow flop elicited a check-call of Gryko's 450, as did the Jh turn his 1,250. The river brought the 4s. Otto checked a third time, and now Gryko gave up, simply flipping his bound-for-failure 9-7off and conceding the pot to his 6-8 pair. No amateur dramatics from either of these players, just a feeling that Otto wishes he could just have finished his opponent off when he only had 2k. Can Gryko pull off another victory-from-defeat's-jaws turnaround like yesterday?
