Kenny King really is his surname now. Julian Thew raised preflop getting several callers, including Richard Ashby in mid-position and Kenny King in the small blind.
The flop was Kd 4c 9d and King led for 1,500. Thew raised to 5,100 and it was passed to Ashby who deliberated before throwing his chips in with a 'what-the-hell' gesture. King moved in behind, and faced with a 20k pot and only 5k behind Thew made the call all-in with Ad-As. King flipped 4s 4h and Ashby showed the big drawing Jd-Td. Blanks on the turn and river eliminated 'Chufty' and twice GUKPT winner Thew and King is of the castle at the moment.

Loving the painful puns. And the updates in general. Thought you'd like to know you aren't blogging into a complete void. Although you may well be tomorrow for all I know as I will be there playing, however briefly...
ReplyDeleteThanks very much! The black background does add to our feeling of floating in an atmosphere-less void. But we're having fun. Chris might be in trouble for R.Ashby of Exits though...
