Double ups in successive hands, first for Josh Tyler who could be considered 'poker-lairy' distilled into human form. He moved in for about 3,000 with Laurence Houghton giving him a spin with K-Q, Tyler delightedly announcing loudly, "I got it in ahead!" An A-4-5-8-6 board later and he's up to 10 big blinds and increased the decibel level a couple of notches.
The next hand and Tor Lagerborg pushed from early position with Nick Holbrook giving him a spin from the big blind holding K-Q but dominated by the Scandie's A-Q which duly paired the ace on the flop for a much needed double up to around 10k.
A Norwegian fairing not so well is Henning Granstad who is now out, "I hadn't played a hand in two hours then I raise Kh-Jh on the button with 9k and the big blind with 8.5k called." The flop came K-T-2 and the money went in..." Granstad's opponent having called him preflop with T-2...
