One Flanders Flounders as One Flourishes

Tough race for Pippa Flanders which saw her down to the felt after getting it all in preflop with Qh-Qd vs. Matthaios Armeftis' Ad-Kd. Not that there's anything surprising about this matchup, or either one of the hands winning it - just that she got all the way to the river ahead, then made trips, and lost - the board 7-J-T-2-Q. A glance around the room and back at her table later, and she was gone.

Tim Flanders, meanwhile, just busted Jerome Bradpiece. Down to around 12k after some big confrontation a short while ago (sorry no details) I saw a 10k bet in front of Flanders while he pondered calling all-in. The flop was resting there 9s-4d-Ks... Jerome looked at his <10k stack, the pot, the board, and threw the rest in. His 9d-7c was behind Flanders' Kd-8d, and stayed that way.
